I've downloaded and installed a custom icon theme, however not all are showing.

A custom icon theme has been installed, but not all icons are displaying correctly. The issue persists despite attempts to uninstall and reinstall the theme, as well as a complete reformat and clean installation. There is a possibility that the icon theme may not be compatible with the latest version of Gnome.
This week, I saw a documentary done by the French called Les sacrifiés de l'IA, which was presented by a Canadian show Enquête. If you understand French I recommend it. Very eye-opening.
