i want try some in place of the usual d2 and ssri i'm trying, i know the quanitys and how to measure chemicals, please advise

Lithium is extremely toxic. You need frequent blood tests to ensure it doesn't kill you or mess up your kidneys permanently. Personally I wouldn't play around with self dosing.

Lithium carbonate is available as a generic now, even the XR form if you wanted it.
