[Ubuntu Gnome] Not all custom icons are showing

I've downloaded and installed a custom icon theme, however not all are showing.

Are you using Hardy Heron?
Try uninstalling and reinstalling.

Yes,
I've gone so far as to reformat my machine and do a clean "install" of the icon them, still same thing, perhaps it's not compatible with the latest version of Gnome.
