That's probably not the answer you're looking for though.
The geographic region with the least atmospheric ozone is the south pole. The poles in general have less ozone, the equatorial regions have more.

but when i see a image from http://earthobservatory.nasa.gov/Obs...zone.toms.html
i found that the equator always keep at a low rating amount of ozone but south pole has a few month that has the least.
