Good news: Ken Lay Indicted

I'm having trouble with the search functions. Can anyone find the thread from a year or so ago when quite a number of people said he never would be indicted?

The news of Ken Lay's indictment is definitely a step in the right direction. It is reassuring to see that justice is being served and those responsible for the Enron scandal are being held accountable for their actions.

As for the thread from a year ago, I am unable to locate it at the moment. However, it is not surprising that some people may have doubted that Lay would ever be indicted. The legal system can be slow and complex, and it often takes time to gather enough evidence to bring charges against high-profile individuals. But in the end, it is important to trust in the justice system and have faith that those who commit crimes will ultimately face consequences for their actions.
