Why do I feel happy when I awake from sleep sometimes?

Why do I feel happy when I awake from sleep sometimes? Why do I feel like I was hit by a train and feel sick sometimes? What are the factors?

This is insufficient information. Someone can also feel happy while awake, and feel sick while awake.

However, your biochemistry changes through the stages of sleep. You are very likely awaking from different states of sleep.

That's coming from someone who has done years of sleep (and dream) studies. I have a book coming out soon - completely scientific and alot of newly research information!
