Who are responsible for developing vaccine, antibiotics and antiviral drugs??? What major do i have to choose at college if i want to develop vaccine and drugs some day??

Something like biomedical science would be the sort of subject to start with.

If you want to develop drugs (i.e. see them go from the lab all the way to market) a pharmaceutical company is your best. If you want to research potential drugs then most universities biomedical departments conduct the preliminary work.

Either way a degree in pharmacology, molecular medicine or biochemistry would be a good bet

The people in pharmaceutical companies responsible for actually making the drugs are generally chemists (organic chemists to be specific). People with training in the biomedical sciences would be the ones testing the various drugs the chemists create.
