Um, because you told the installer to put them there. You know you can just delete them if you don't want them there
 
i deleted and it appeared again, is it spyware?
 
You have a piece of spyware on your computer. Get a spyware remover--or update your codecs if you have on already--and remove the offending spyware from your drive.
 
I would recommened running both a spyware remover (namely Spybot) and a adware remover (namely Ad-Aware). They usualy find different things. They are free and the first time I ran them I had a ton of stuff on my machine I didn't even notice.
