Dr." Douglas Graham : Is He Another Crackpot

He touts 80/10/10 which is 80 % of your calories from sweet fruit with a few dark greens thrown in , 10% from protein and 10 % from fat.

What do you think of Douglas Graham? Internet charlatan or not?

I have never yet encountered ANYONE promoting a diet who was not either a crackpot (they believe what they are saying) or a charlatan (they believe they can make money by saying it).

Here are the current guidelines to a balanced diet. I can't imagine that 80% of sugary fruit would be wise.

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/healthy-diet/NU00200 The percentages vary depending on age, activity, etc...

The recommendation is

Protein: 10-35%

Fat: 20-35%

Carbohydrates: 45-65%
