Need help on radial distribution on excel!!!

I'm trying to create an excel spreadsheet that plots radial distribution functions for the 3s orbital of hydrogen for values of p=0......15 I have no idea where to begin

What is the expression for the radial part ? Answering that, would be where you begin.
