Carbocation Stability on Fused Rings
I think it is because the tensile stress, a carbocation usually go to reorder in a more stable specimen, and c+ in specimen 1 is really unestable. Specimen two is a quasi normal sp2, but specimen 1 its really stressed because of the bridge. -

A Thermodynamic (supposed to be easy) Problem
30 m^3 of tank ------> 30 m^3 of water ----- x 997kg/m^3 -----> 29910 kg Then your tank have to weight 29910; 10000 of the tank and 19910 of the concrete- carguies

A Thermodynamic (supposed to be easy) Problem
¿you need to have 10 meters down water and 6 up water? Then you have to put inside the tank same weight as the weight of water evacuated. (Arquimides) Volume of the tank inside water (section X 10 m) ---> Volume of water evacuated ----> density of water -----> mass of water evacuated = 10000kg...- carguies

What Is the Mass Percent of Iron in the Compound?
Ok, I find the mistake; ¿Why you multiply by the mass of Fe 0.3106? Compound with Fe 0.3106 Fe in the compound "x" ¿How much Fe produces Fe2O3? 0.07017 g Fe2O3 (1 mol Fe2O3 / 159.7 g Fe2O3)(2 mol Fe / 1 mol Fe2O3)---> mol of Fe mol Fe x (55.845 g Fe / 1 mol Fe) = 0.04907 g Fe =...- carguies

What Is the Mass Percent of Iron in the Compound?
If an oxidation happens, you have to begin in a lower oxidation state, you only have two options: Feº , or FeO In both options it are a 2:1 proportion front a Fe2O3- carguies

Alternate River crossing problem
Lets see, looking at the clues (walking speed in the land) I think that you have to compare between two options: a) Row in straight line, shorter but slower. You decompose V in Vx and Vy, with the sen of the angle. (42º; Vx = crossing speed 2,2 km/h, Vy = 2 km/h enough to row straight ahead)...- carguies

Graduate Atom position (coordinates) from symmetry
Ok, the two upper green balls are in the left and right faces, then b=0 and b=1. Both are at half face, a=1/2. And height c is 1/2 plus "x" were x you should find aplying trigonometrics. Maybe d Fe-As = SQROOT(2)*x The lower green balls are almost the same a=1 a=0, b=1/2 c=(1/2)-x And for the...- carguies

Graduate Electrolyte conductivity to temperature
I think: Two reasons, bad overlapping orbitals due vibrattions and high electron population in conduction band will decrease conductivity in metals if you increase T.- carguies
