Undergrad Friction Coefficient for Design Materials: PTFE, PP, PVDF, etc.
Hallo, does anybody knows where to get friction coefficients for different materials used in design (PTFE; PP; PVDF; PFA; TEFLON; VESPEL) or how to calculate them? Suppliers do not give a lot of data,..is there a theory behind to estimate friction coefficient? thanks in advance!- jangolobow

Graduate Next set of PDE, which presents fluid flow
Hallo, I must solve next set of PDE, which presents fluid flow. dP/dx=d/dx(mi*dv/dx)+d/dy(mi*dv/dy) dP/dy=d/dx(mi*du/dx)+d/dy(mi*du/dy) where mi=const with BC: v=v at x=0 u=u at y=0 Can you give me some hint? thanks j.- jangolobow

Code for fluid dynamic in 3D written in Scilab
Hallo, i would like to make a simulation of some non Newton fluid in a single screw extrudor, what is known alkso as kneader. For solving the equations of motion btw navier stokes in cylindrical coordinates I must solve a set of pde EQUATIONS. i know those three programs, but I would like to...- jangolobow
