Question -- phenol and sodium hydroxide

I am searching the kinetic rate constant and the reaction enthalpy for reaction between phenol and sodium hydroxide.

Does sbdy has those two values or knows where to find them?

Wow. How fast does a strong base deprotonate a weak acid? About as fast as diffusion will allow is my guess.
