Oy With all that turbulance in the cylinder I don't think the droplets would stick to the cylinder walls. Now if the piston runs into the droplet it will probably 'break it up' into smaller droplets (on exhaust up-stroke). On the compress stroke the droplet would probably stick to the piston...
