Graduate Compacting Matter in a Black Hole Singularity: Is It Pure Entropy?
Information that is ordered can be compacted down to a single repeating unit i,e; 110055110055110055110055 down to just 110055 and this meant that it must have been highly ordered to be compacted down this far. So could it be that matter is also highly ordered somehow and it can be compacted...- !Jon Snow!

High School Solar Cycle: Current State & Update
I regard the solar cycle 24 is weak in terms of sunspots only. It is these that give us the extra UV and X-rays which affect climate. Of course, it may not be weaker in some other less important respects.- !Jon Snow!

Finding the Value of an Industrial Milling Machine Using Linear Depreciation
Yes, it was a typo i meant to say "v". Sorry, I typed this late last night. V-500,000 =[T-5][500,000-830,000]/[5-2] V-500,000=[T-5][-330,000]- !Jon Snow!

Finding the Value of an Industrial Milling Machine Using Linear Depreciation
Homework Statement For tax and accounting purposes, corporations depreciate the value of equipment each year. One method used is called "linear depreciation," where the value decreases over time in a linear manner. Suppose that two years after purchase, an industrial milling machine is worth...- !Jon Snow!

Graduate Does the Universe Exist if We're Not Looking?
Why would it have the ability to care or not care at all? Of course it existed before I or you were born, but without an intelligent or dumb observer, there was nobody to think of it as a universe or something well-defined at all, with discernable substructure, discernable objects, discernable...- !Jon Snow!

I guess It would exist, but not as a universe. It would not have any 'thing' in it at all, just undefined masses of undefined unknowable's.- !Jon Snow!
