Removing oil aerosols(mist) from compressed air
FredGarvin very helpful link, tnx to you and others too, maybe i wrong explained problem at first, because I'm from non speaking english area so I'm bit confused with oil aerosol vs oil vapour, what's the difference? i think i deal with oil vapour because oil just evaporate in container,don't...- malkio

Removing oil aerosols(mist) from compressed air
Hello! My process looks like this: i've oil container with constant vacuum of 3-10 mbar for removing oil aerosols from container.that vacuum is produced by ejector(vacuum pump) down the line in which goes air at 6 bar.oil aerosols then together with air goes to atmosphere. what I'm trying to...- malkio

Cavitation in tubes of heat exchanger
turbo-1 tnx very very helpful artman it's actually heater of methanol, why this setup i really don't know, maybe because of higher pressure of steam than methanol, hmm you make me thing, what if i switch this(steam -shell,methanol -tubes)? i don't know i just working on checking steam...- malkio

Cavitation in tubes of heat exchanger
here i am, i study my exchanger and cut some tubes,so here's little drawing of my case and picture of part of damaged tube. As you see, damage is on the inner part of tubes where steam goes, damaged tubes are tubes on top of bunddle and upper part of tubes at aproximately in the middle of tube...- malkio

Cavitation in tubes of heat exchanger
Hello! In heat exchanger (U-type) I've problem with erosion/corrosion at beginning of tubes in heat exchanger, near tube-sheet where steam enters.i suspect cavitation is problem. on tubes there's a channel of erosion in the middle of tube where material is gone and tube is very thin in that...- malkio

Ethylene Filtration Solutions | Find Filters & Cleaners
Dirt is in form of C(Carbon) soot, coke and it's not so dry,i think there is even litle oil in that dirt. And yes it can be,(and i first suspected exactly this),from the guide ring (carbon-teflon) of recip compressor we use,but it's so much of that dirt that i don't believe it's all from just...- malkio
