    Explain chemical formulas PO43-

PO43- I Understand the 4 represents how many oxygen atoms are bonded to the Phosphate. What exactly does the 3 and its - sign represent? By the image, I can tell the difference between the 3 oxygen atoms and the single isolated one, with the double || symbol, has a different electronic...

    Is Creatine Nitrogenous and Hydrophilic?

What makes Creatine Nitrogenous? Its chemical formula is C4H9N3O2 Would it be accurate to assume its also Hydrophillic? It it considered Nitrogenic because Nitrogen seems to be a nucleus its all bonded to? _____________________________________________________________________________________...

What websites can tell me which proteins are found in crop

There are 20 amino acids and 4 are essential. You can lookup the nutrition facts of anything on google and get results. What I don't like is that google does not tell me which proteins are found in these foods, it just tells you how many grams of anything the food contains.

Are Globular proteins red blood cells?

So globular just means spherical, are globular proteins just red blood cells; then all red blood cells are considered globular proteins. Are all enzymes in the blood red blood cells? Are all red blood cells enzymes? What else in the blood is spherical? What is in the blood other than...

How Does Catabolism Release Energy in Organisms?

ca·tab·o·lism The breakdown of complex molecules, in living organisms, to form simpler ones, together with the release of energy; destructive metabolism. I don't understand this part of the definition together with the release of energy So anything anti catabolic would be a non breakdown of...

    Understanding chemical depictions.

I assumed they represented different dimensions of its position bonded to the phosphate. When you say the solid triangle represents the bond emerging from the plane of the paper are you saying the element is being repelled by the phosphate but still bonded? Whats the difference between a single...

    Clarification on Chemical Formulas

I was wondering what the upper half of the hexagon represents, I assume the Triangles represent O repeating; and how would this formula be written out in text.
