Laplce transform for 6t*(u(t)-u(t-1))
Im having trouble finding the laplace transfor for the title equation: 6t*(u(t)-u(t-1)) Im not sure how to go about, i was thinking of considering u(t) to be equal to 1 but that seemed a bit of a dodgy thing to do Any one have any ideas or answers on how i should go about solving this...- rudyx61

Undergrad The no-show rate for passengers with reservations on a flight
Was hoping someone could help me out with a question. It was on a online test and wasnt sure how to do it. The question was as follows: The no-show rate for passengers with reservations on a flight run by wizair is 16%. The next flight has 42 reservations. Find the probability of there...- rudyx61

Partial fraction with the expoential mathematical constant in the numerator
(3*e^(-2s))/(s(s+5)) I was hoping someone could tell me how to find the partial fraction for the above; the answer i ended up with was: (3/5)/s - (3*e^(10))/(s+5) and i went about it by: (3*e^(-2s))/(s(s+5))=A/s+B/(s+5) (3*e^(-2s))=A(s+5) + B(s) set s=-5 and found B=-3*e^(10)/5 set s=0...- rudyx61
