Fortran Can I Install Fortran 95 on Windows 7 for My Computer Science Class?
I have no idea whether cygwin comes with gcc or not but check it out. You use any editor (like notepad) to make the source code files and the compiler to compile it to machine code.- Santa1

Troubleshooting Compilation Errors: Why Won't My Program Compile?
Yeah it seems you have written it in the Emacs *scratch* buffer and then saved it to file, remove the first 3 lines. Then try to compile with the command already written here.- Santa1

Calculators Is there a program for TI-84 that can solve integrals without showing steps?
It's at MATH, 9. The syntax is fnInt(f(vars), var, lower, upper) with an additional optional argument of accuracy (fnInt(f(vars), var, lower, upper, accuracy)). So two uses would be fnInt(sin(x), x, 0, 1) and fnInt(x^12/(e^x+1), x, 0, 230, 1E-16). However for checking integrals you can plot...- Santa1

Can I make a living playing poker with my current plan?
People chase a lot more at pot limit Omaha hi-lo since they have way more draws than hold'em (4 cards + low draws). As a result it is a higher variance game since everyone gets it in much lighter and the game gets effectively bigger. However I can image a good players edge vs the fish can be...- Santa1

Symbolic? The TI-84 has en extremely limited processor and very little memory, I doubt that exists. It has a built in numerical function called fnInt which you could use to compare answers with.- Santa1

High School Understanding the Proof: Factorial of 0 is 1
In school they taught us that 0! = 1 because there is only one way to choose nothing, I'm not sure that makes sense when translated to the mathematical idea but 0! = 1 does anyway.- Santa1
