Harmonic Motion and The Coriolis Effect
okay, I am trying to write a program to display a foucalut's pendulum. That covers a physical demonstration. I'm going to talk about what it is and what it shows. But... I need to answer some sort of question... HELP!- savedbynails

Computational Physics Project Ideas
Time? 70 hours of time i can actually work on it, give or take a few hours. It helps that i am fast and experienced with computers though. The subject is an AP Physics course. (ie Physics 101 crap from high school) I'm quite a ways beyond the class in knowledge though. Thanks for the wiki...- savedbynails

Computational Physics Project Ideas
I am in need of a project that needs to be based around "computational physics" firstly, can someone define "computational physics" for me? My best understanding is that it's the physics that have more to do with math and equations versus physical exploitations. secondly, does anyone have...- savedbynails

Harmonic Motion and The Coriolis Effect
I think that this is the proper place for this, but move it if I'm wrong. I'm conducting a physics project that has to do with what I think is the coriolis effect and simple harmonic motion. If a free swinging pendulum is let swing from a point over a level sand pit, as it swings, it will...- savedbynails
