Is it possible to build a mirror array with adjustable focal length?
It's a top secret project and the status and description of the project are classified. Thanks! Seems interesting...- Urvabara

Is it possible to build a mirror array with adjustable focal length?
Yes. "I" want to do things which need lots of power. "I" cannot do them without powers in the gigawatt range. Yes, I have, but I haven't figured out, if it is easy or even plausible to adjust the focal length of that huge mirror array from a meter range to a hundred kilometers range. So, is it?- Urvabara

Is it possible to build a large mirror array (around 10 km²) with adjustable focal length (from 10 meters to around 400 kilometers)?- Urvabara

High School Does the aeroplane fall into the black hole?
Yes, I know that this is a silly question. Let's assume that an aeroplane is flying 20 kilometers above the ground and its speed is 900 km/h. There is a black hole in the centre of the Earth that is growing and consuming the Earth. The Earth disappears into the black hole, but what does happen... -

Where can I find worked out quantum field theory calculations? What are the longest calculations in physics? I would like to see them.- Urvabara

Fusion for Students: Cheapest Neutron & X-Ray Detectors, Vacuum Pumps, Deuterium
I need a vacuum of 10^{-3} torrs. PS. Where can I buy deuterium lump (Pycnodeuterium)? I think it would be more easier to handle than deuterium gas.- Urvabara

Fusion for Students: Cheapest Neutron & X-Ray Detectors, Vacuum Pumps, Deuterium
What is the cheapest possible neutron detector? Are there any cheap detectors (for students)? What is the cheapest possible X-ray detector? What is the cheapest possible vacuum pump? How noisy are they? I mean: Does the pumping noise disturb the wall neighbours? Are there any other ways...- Urvabara

Interstellar TV: Calculating Detection Range
I am just "trying" to watch interstellar TV... The detection range in lightyears is R = \sqrt{\frac{\text{EIRP}\cdot A_{e}_{r}\cdot\text{twc}}{4\pi\cdot\text{SNR}\cdot B_{r}\cdot k_{B}\cdot T_{sys}}}\cdot\frac{1\,\text{ly}}{9454254955488000\,\text{m}}, where \text{EIRP} = P_{t}G_{t}...- Urvabara

Should we send interstellar probe to Alpha Centauri?
I do not think so either. If an ET civilization is to able to do interstellar travel, then they should also have enough food and be able to produce artificial meat. No need to eat Earth meat which in fact could be very poisonous for them. Almost all _intelligent_ people are friendly. I can...- Urvabara

ET = Extraterrestrial life form. ET = The Extra Terrestrial film. Many people may use the letters "ET" without referencing to the famous ET film.- Urvabara
