How are electrolytes lost in sweat/why is salt?
I understand that when you sweat, the water is to cool you and urea is excreted because it's a waste, however I don't know why salt is excreted, nor to I know how electrolytes are used in the process of sweating. Would someone care to enlighten me?- wasteofo2
