How did you find PF?
Google search.
My name is A. R. Chohan. I am an independent researcher. I have come to generally engage with the scientific community, and hopefully, get some assistance solving a few math equations. I am working on a conceptual paper that would benefit significantly with the inclusion of accurate math.

Physics news on Phys.org
Welcome to PF.

Note that we do not allow discussion or development of personal research at PF. We should be able to help you with isolated math or physics questions, but we cannot help with personal theory development. See the rules (under INFO at the top of the page) for more details.

Great! I don't need any help developing my theory, although it's not really my personal theory, it's just a conceptual exploration of the potential implications of Relativity. So technically, it's just a deeper exploration, and appreciation of Einstein's theory. 😆
Where can I ask my math questions? It's not homework so I'm pretty sure that's not the right place for it.

We have a Math and a Physics section, with subforums under each. Have a look through those lists to see what the best match would be. The Special and General Relativity forum is pretty mathematical, so if your math questions relate directly to Relativity, that's probably a good forum to start with. If it looks after a while like a thread should be moved, the Mentors can help you with that (just click the Report link on your thread and ask the Mentors to move the thread).

The Special and General theories of Relativity are 120 and 110 years old respectively. There's nothing deeper to find now. One area of active research is to determine a quantum theory of gravity. In terms of understanding gravity at a deeper level, that's where the research is focused in 2025.

Homework or the relevant mathematics forum, Calculus, Topology etc.

Sir, millions of years went by, and yet, Einstein was the only human on Earth to come up with the Theory of Relativity. 300,000 years of homosapiens, billions of humans, one Einstein.

If you believe that in just 109 years every application of Relativity has been resolved, that is quite the leap of faith.

A negative claims such as that are difficult, if not impossible to prove.

Aguste Comte (1798-1857) said with true conviction "We shall never be able to study, by any means, the chemical composition of stars."

Others have made similar negative claims:

"Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible."
-Lord Kelvin (William Thomson) 1895

"There is nothing new to be discovered in physics now. All that remains is more and more precise measurement."
-Lord Kelvin (William Thomson) 1900

" There is no hope for the fanciful idea of reaching the moon because of insurmountable barriers to escaping Earth's gravity."
- Dr. Forest Ray Moulton, University of Chicago astronomer, 1932

"There is no reason any one would want a computer in their home."
-Ken Olsen, founder of Digital Equipment Corp., 1977

First, I don't believe those quotations you attribute to Lord Kelvin. I suspect they are apocryphal. For example, Lord Kelvin knew that heavier than air birds can fly.

Second, Relativity is a classical field theory. There's nothing left in that area. Instead, you need quantum field theories. Saying that the era of classical physics and classical field theories is over is not being short sighted. It's simply acknowledging that the universe is ultimately quantum.

For example, in the Big Bang theory, physicists have already projected as far back as our current theories allow. New theories are needed to go back further. You genuinely can't squeeze anything more out of GR as a fundamental theory.
