Where have you seen the term "crystal field activation energy"?

In a past exam paper.

The exact question was:

''Explain what is meant by 'crystal field activation energy' and how it affects the stability of complexes.''

That is the first time that I have seen it called by that term. I have always seen it as simply "activation energy" for species "X". Try googling "ligand field activation energy".
