The video game company Valve is providing their extremely successful game, Portal, for free. Their purpose in this is primarily for educators; I encourage you to check this out and see if it will indeed be a valuable tool. This deal ends September 20th so I would download it as soon as possible even if you're unsure. You can save it for later to plan on where to incorporate it in the curriculum or you can just delete it if you don't like it.

You know, I initially suspected this to be spam, but surprisingly, its not.

Yeah now that I think about it, I could have probably done this post better. It does look suspicious.

Bring a light sabre to class.

Learning tool, or shameless Valve™ advertisement? You decide!

/Not that it matters. It's a great, free, game.

Learning tool? More like a really awesome time wasting device.
