Stone with weight Q=20N falls from height h=5m and goes delta l =5 cm under surface.What is the avarage force of hit ?

is this correct way to solve it

mgh=F*delta l

F=mgh/delta l=(20*9.81*5)/5 =196.2N

correct ?
