Can a Pool Filter Be Converted into a Safe DIY Steamer/Pressure Cooker?

Nice to join this group! I'm a patent attorney with a background in electrical engineering. I've always loved physics, and recently converted a pool filter into a DIY steamer/pressure cooker and came here to make sure it doesn't go boom. :)
