Can an Engineering Student Balance Work and School Successfully?

Hi! I'm an engineering student having my second go at school. I'm trudging through course work while working full time. I'm trying to figure out how to become a better student, and actually learn things, but this is proving to be way tougher then I thought. I've been spending enough time reading this board that I figure it's about time I signed up!

Hello everyone, I'm Cosmo. I'm an 18 years old student majoring in physics.
