Can Anyone Help with Calculating Population Growth?

Click For Summary
To calculate population growth, the formula rN = dN/dt is used, representing a basic model. This equation can be solved by separating variables and integrating both sides. Understanding this formula allows for the analysis of how populations change over time. It is essential for studying dynamics in ecology and demographics. Mastering this calculation is crucial for accurate population growth assessments.

Can anyone tell me how to calculate population growth. my book doesn't tell me how to do that.

is the formula rN=dN/dt

That's a simplistic model for population growth, but yes it works. Just solve the differential equation now (i.e., separate the variables and integrate both sides).
