Can Emile Build a Vacuum Chamber by Himself?

Hello,

Im Emile from the Netherlands, and I am not so good @ physics(this doesn't mean I'm a complete idiot) and that is why I came here for.
Last year I was already interested in a vacuum chamber. The pitty part is I can't find anny of these vacuum chamber in my home country, so I would like to build one my self.

Shipping this Item to Holland would cost me $75 and that's why I would make one my self.
I like building things and I'm asllways open to learn some more...
