Can I Moving thread to another subforum?

Does PF allow moving a thread (both initial post and replies) from one subforum into another? Could anyone tell me how to do this?

Use the "Report" button on the first post in the thread and explain what you want. This sends a message that can be seen by all the mentors (moderators).
