Extremely slow site responsiveness today on PF

Physicsforums had been responding extremely slowly today. On more than one session on the forum. Right now the forum seems to be its typical snappy self.

It was slow for me earlier today, but is back to normal quick response time now.

And now it's back to spotty response time. Mostly fast, but randomly slow.

It's AI bots slamming the site non stop. I'm trying to keep up with ip bans.
