Can Like Magnetic Poles Theoretically Attract?

Not meant to be a homework question, but since I don't have any valid data on hands so I am hesitate posting this in classical physics forum.

The headline suggests the opposite of what we physics tell us.

But my question is, is it theoretically possible to make like poles attract (assuming no physically constraints applied, i.e. wrapping them together by string, or tapes)?

Thanks for any input! I am just simply curious.

There seems to be only one polarity of gravitational charge, so all "poles" are alike and all attract.
