Can repeated 10 kG magnetic pulses through the body cause harm?

Suppose a 10k Gauss 3in diameter sharp magnetic field is made & collapses completely thru a standing human human body somewere made by an external electromagnet.. The electromagnet is held horizontally and not vertically against body. Is this hazardous? Can it become hazardous after some duration with repetitive pulses? How many orders of magnitude greater would the Gauss need to be increased to become a lethal shock hazard from 1 pulse?

What's a "sharp" magnetic field? How does your field strength compare to a medical MRI scan?

There are important safety precautions in MRI scans (can you name a few?), but AFAIK, eddy currents in human flesh and bone are not one of them.
