Can we change the SPOILER tag label?

Which is very clever for the OP to arrange his/her question in SPOILER format.
Can we change the word "SPOILER", so it doesn't have to be "SPOILER"?

But it IS the "spoiler" code

It may compress the post, but actually I dislike it because it's more work to click the buttons. Why not just write it all out in the open.
