City hard water turns ceramic tile bathroom shower grout orange color.

City water makes our shower rust color. Wife tried several products rust gets 10% lighter color but not gone.

I tried baking soda on wet wall and floor it makes rust color lighter.

I tried 5% vinegar it does nothing.

How to wash away iron oxide?
