Constant news thread updates can dominate a Forum category

While they are very interesting, the inclusion of news threads like the "Space Stuff and Info" in the Aerospace Engineering forum means that the latest news is the only thing that ever shows up on the main Forum page. That means that other discussions and questions are not noticed very easily. I wish that the streaming news update threads were separated out.
