How did you find PF?
Google
do we really have individual nows or its just a prespective issue

There is not one universal "now" if that is what you mean. People on the earth all have a "now" give or take, but things start get more complicated where velocities and large distances are involved. As interested as I am in this someone qualified would be better @PeterDonis

Is the context of your question relativity theory? If so the answer is that "now" is well-defined for you at your own personal location, but you have some flexibility in defining what "at the same time" means when something isn't at the same place. That flexibility is limited by the speed of light, though, so for two people on opposite sides of the Earth (12,800km apart), there's only a ##\pm##0.04s range of times either could meaningfully call "now" for the other.

I don't really think that amounts to "we all have individual nows". I think it just means that "now" is a less helpful concept in relativity than it is in pre-relativistic physics.
