Perhaps you'll find what you are looking for here. This site focuses on established cosmology, and personal theories are not up for discussion.

For emerging ideas in the field, you'll have to get engaged more directly with professional cosmologists through conferences and peer-reviewed journals. This is the case if you want to be at the forefront of anything - physics, maths, chemistry, medicine, cell biology, AI etc. These are all highly specialized fields these days.
