What are the main points of credit hours transfer policy of institutes such as Cambridge?
I've heard that you need to have a recommendation letter of some inside professor but i need to know more detail...

Let's assume i want to transfer to Cambridge from overseas, "WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE"?(i.e what do i need to show to impress guys at Cambridge)
