David Reich on human genetics

Here is a short video by David Reich. He is one of the top experts in the world on population genetics of different groups in the present and past.
It is short video and explains how he got into the field.
This field is in an exploratory phase in its development. Most things now involve discovering new things.
Like before there were maps of everything. This video expresses that.

I was about to have a gag reflex but I seem to have confused this quite serious researcher with David Icke and his reptile conspiracy theory and/or Wilhelm Reich (best known for his "The Mass Psychology of Fascism" and his "orgone energies").

It's quite sad that I read so much crud which gets in the way of the serious stuff. But at least now I can catch up!

He reminds me a little of Sapolsky in that he never says "errr" or "aah", but that's perhaps due to how the video is cut/edited. I'll have to hear him during one of his lectures.
