There isn't one.

Coal contains some hydrocarbon species that, when treated with hydrogen, produce a liquid.
Coking coal produces tars that can be hydrogenated and cracked to produce a liquid.
Coal can be converted to syngas and that syngas used in a Fischer-Tropsch process to produce liquid fuels.
