I'm looking for a distance sensor for range of 100 meters (neutral surface).
The sensor should be small (15cm^3).
Do you have any recommendations?

Most likely some sort of time of flight LIDAR sensor would be most appropriate. What accuracy/resolution do you desire? Cost an object?
