What does causality principle mean when space time dissapear(e.g being inner black hole or before Big Bang).Does it meaningless to say about causality when having not the time.

The only well-verified theory of gravity we have is general relativity. In cosmological models based on GR, time exists for t>0. For any time t, causality is satisfied in the sense that conditions at that t are caused by conditions at earlier values of t.

Yes, it is meaningless. If there is no spacetime, there is no "when."
