Can he be sent there while awaiting trial? I don't think so.

The more expedient solution would be for Mexico to grant bail, and then drop him off in the middle of the territory of his competitors...and sort of let nature take its course.

Did you guys see the 60 Minutes interview of Spicoli Penn on Sunday? It had a feel like the reporter interviewing him was running him over with a truck.
