SUMMARY

Telepathy, defined as the transmission of information between individuals without sensory cues, remains unproven in scientific terms. The discussion highlights that electromagnetic waves cannot account for telepathy due to the Earth's curvature. It emphasizes the necessity of a repeatable experiment to validate the existence of telepathy before any scientific explanation can be pursued. The consensus is that speculative physics does not align with established scientific principles.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of electromagnetic wave theory
  • Familiarity with scientific method and experimental validation
  • Knowledge of speculative physics concepts
  • Basic principles of information transmission
NEXT STEPS
  • Research the scientific method for validating claims in psychology and neuroscience
  • Explore the limitations of electromagnetic wave communication
  • Investigate existing studies on telepathy and related phenomena
  • Learn about the principles of speculative physics and its critiques
USEFUL FOR

This discussion is beneficial for physicists, psychologists, and anyone interested in the intersection of science and unexplained phenomena, particularly those exploring the boundaries of human communication.

Telepathy is the transmission of information between two people without any visual or auditory or sensory cues. Telepathy is not proven yet. But, if telepathy does exist, how can physics explain it?

Transmission of information between two human beings at far distances using Electro-magnetic waves is ruled out due to the curvature of the earth. If EM is not the cause of telepathy (if true), then what is?

This is speculative physics and PF doesn't deal in these kinds of posts. You are starting on the basis that telepathy is real and then trying to explain it scientifically. However, we must first have a repeatable experiment that shows telepathy is in fact real before we can begin down that road.
