J77 gets mine :-) Nice picture.
 
I'm sticking with J77 on this one too. Busy city streets are what comes to mind when I think of lights at night, so it fits the theme best to how I interpret it in addition to being a great photo (lots of great photos as usual).
 
I voted J77 and will not try to claim objectivity on this one :biggrin:

I didn't do justice to the subject, just put my hands up above my head, and above the crowds, but luckily captured something!
