Find a Robust Forum for VectorCAST 5.1h Users

I did a search on VectorCAST and nothing came up.
I am using VectorCAST 5.1h at work, am an amateur user.
I need to find a forum that is robust, engaging a large community of users.

Since no one appears to be using VectorCAST, if you develop and test software

what code coverage tools do you use to certify it ?
