What have you tried?

I did a Google Scholar search on "lithium cobalt oxide" and it returned a lot of papers and articles on it.

Not sure what you are trying to find out about CoO films, but my masters thesis focussed on ultrathin Co and CoO films and it has a good literature review of the production of ultrathin CoO films.
