honestly i have no idea where to even start for this, the equation i gave is probably way off but as i said, i have no idea.

This seems an angular momentum (terminology might be lacking in me) problem as you have joints, weights and their respective distances from the joints.

First identify all Forces and thei respective distances from the main join (knee). All have a direction of pulling and cancel each other out, so one big equation will suffice.
